A valid Access 1 Alarm & Audio sales receipt or invoice documenting your purchase and installation is required. The exclusions and proof-of-purchase requirements below apply.
Installation labor is warranted for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle, provided the installation has not been altered, modified, tampered with, serviced, or repaired by any person or business other than Access 1 Alarm & Audio.
Lifetime labor coverage applies to the installation; it does not extend the five-year system warranty or one-year remote control warranty.
All sales are final. Access 1 Alarm & Audio does not accept returns on over-the-counter purchases.
Products determined by management to have been incorrectly sold, damaged upon receipt, or defective may be eligible for store credit at management’s sole discretion.
Opened, used, installed, programmed, modified, custom ordered, or special-order products are not eligible for return. In certain circumstances, management may authorize store credit for opened merchandise, subject to inspection and a minimum 25% restocking fee.
A valid Access 1 Alarm & Audio sales receipt or invoice is required for all warranty claims, labor warranty requests, exchanges, returns, and store credit considerations.
