A low price and “4K” printed on a package do not guarantee usable evidence. Sensor quality, HDR processing, low-light performance, video compression, storage reliability, camera placement and power integration all affect what the camera captures when an accident, hit-and-run, theft or parking incident occurs.
The G-ON4 PRO records the road ahead at 3840 × 2160 UHD and uses Sony STARVIS 2 imaging technology with HDR. The rear camera records at 1920 × 1080 Full HD. Both channels record at up to 30 frames per second, helping preserve detail during everyday driving and fast-moving incidents.
Real HDR helps control bright headlights, backlighting, tunnel entrances and deep shadows that can overwhelm lesser cameras. Instead of relying on resolution alone, the G-ON4 PRO balances difficult scenes to produce clearer, more useful recordings.
A 150-degree front viewing angle and 140-degree rear viewing angle provide broad coverage around the vehicle while limiting the severe edge distortion produced by overly wide lenses.
When correctly hardwired and configured, the G-ON4 PRO can continue protecting the vehicle after the ignition is turned off. Parking surveillance includes motion and impact-event recording plus time-lapse recording at one frame per second for extended coverage.
Built-in Low Battery Protection can stop recording at a selected voltage to help prevent excessive vehicle-battery discharge.

H.265/HEVC compression stores video more efficiently than H.264, while GNET's JDR file architecture provides automatic memory-card recovery and self-formatting designed to promote dependable day-to-day recording.
Connect a compatible smartphone through the included Wi-Fi dongle to view live video, review recordings, adjust supported settings and obtain firmware updates through the GNET app. The included Wi-Fi dongle is for local smartphone connectivity to the camera.
With compatible optional cellular/router equipment, network service and configuration, GNET withCLOUD can add remote functions such as live streaming, GPS tracking, driving statistics and geofencing. Cloud operation is an available system capability; the required 3G/4G/router hardware and network service are not included with the standard camera package.
GNET PC Viewer provides detailed video review with functions including frame-by-frame playback, zoom, thumbnail and interval searches, supported map synchronization and video export. An optional external GPS receiver is required for GPS-based location, speed and supported ADAS functions.
The GNET G-ON4 PRO camera system is backed by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The included MicroSD memory card carries a 6-month manufacturer's warranty.
