The Viper DS4 Factory Key Fob Add-On Alarm System upgrades compatible vehicles with a professionally integrated security system that monitors door activity and adds shock detection, digital tilt protection and an audible alarm siren. Best of all, you continue using your original factory key fobs to control the system.

How the Viper DS4 Add-On Alarm Works

When you lock your vehicle using the original factory key fob, the Viper security system arms through its compatible vehicle interface. While armed, the system monitors connected security inputs, including doors and installed impact and tilt sensors.

If an alarm condition is detected, the Viper system can activate its dedicated siren to alert people nearby. When you return, use your original factory key fob to unlock the vehicle and disarm the system through the supported factory control interface.

This provides a familiar, convenient way to operate a complete aftermarket alarm without requiring a separate alarm remote for normal use.

Optional Starter Kill / Immobilizer Upgrade

For customers who want another layer of protection, we can evaluate adding a starter-disable feature to a compatible installation. This helps inhibit normal engine starting when the appropriate security conditions are met.

For even more independent protection, ask about our separately controlled hidden starter kill switch options, including available custom authorization methods. These can provide an additional authorization step beyond normal factory key fob operation.
