General Shipping Policies
We currently ship to over 180 Countries Worldwide!
We ship directly to buyers. We will ship only to a customer's own private shipping address. We cannot ship to freight forwarders, mail forwarders or any forwarding agent. Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery (in accordance with PayPal & Credit Card processor requirements). Please make sure you are at the ship to address to sign for the package. In order to ship your package we will need to provide the carrier with a working phone number. please send us an updated phone number with your payment details. We usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not business days. This processing time is required for all shipments, Express as well as standard.
The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth). You cannot choose the carrier and we cannot use the customer's account to ship an item. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse or add special instructions notes for the carrier. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address if it is required. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. Please contact us if you have questions.

EXPRESS SHIPPING WORLDWIDE - Fast Shipping to 180 Countries Worldwide via United States Postal Service USPS. Please note that USPS does not provide tracking numbers to certain countries. Please note that in case of difficulties to complete the transaction we may have to cancel the sale. The item may be subjected to additional charges such as customs import fees when it enters your country. Duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. If a package has been delayed by customs please contact your local authorities for further information. Customs delays, if occur, are not part of stated delivery times.
